Journal of Information Systems and Informatics (ISSN: 2656-5935, e-ISSN: 2656-4882) is committed to maintaining the integrity, permanence, and reliability of all published scholarly literature. Applying the CrossMark button allows readers to quickly access the current status of a published document, including any updates, corrections, retractions, or notices regarding the publication history.

What is CrossMark?

CrossMark is a multi-publisher initiative from CrossRef to provide a standard way for readers to locate the current version of a piece of content. By applying the CrossMark logo, Journal of Information Systems and Informatics is committing to maintaining the content it publishes and to alerting readers to changes if and when they occur. Clicking on the CrossMark logo on a document will inform you of its current status and may also provide additional metadata information about the document, such as publication history (received, accepted, published dates), copyright/licensing information, and authors' ORCID iDs.

Retraction & Correction Policies

Journal of Information Systems and Informatics follows strict publishing ethics to ensure the accuracy of academic records. In cases where corrections, clarifications, or retractions are necessary, the journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Guidelines:

Corrections (Erratum / Corrigendum): Minor errors that do not invalidate the scientific integrity or conclusions of the paper will be addressed through a formal correction notice linked to the original article.
Retractions: Articles may be retracted if there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, result from misconduct or honest error, or if the work has been previously published elsewhere without proper attribution.
Withdrawals: Articles that have been published as "Advance Articles" or "Online First" but have not been formally assigned to an issue may be withdrawn under exceptional circumstances.

All updates, retractions, and corrections will be assigned their own unique DOI and linked directly to the original published article via CrossMark.
