Fee and Information

Publication Fee

The Journal of Information Systems and Informatics does not charge any article submission fees. However, a publication fee (Article Processing Charge/APC) is applied only to accepted articles. No fees are charged for rejected manuscripts.

Standard Publication Fees

  • Indonesian Authors:
    IDR 2,500,000 per article (maximum 25 pages).
    Additional pages beyond 25 will be charged IDR 50,000 per page.

  • Non-Indonesian Authors:
    USD 150 per article (maximum 25 pages).
    Additional pages beyond 25 will be charged USD 3 per page.

The publication fee covers the similarity check, peer review process, DOI registration, and typesetting.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Single-Author Articles

    • Indonesian Author: IDR 3,500,000

    • Non-Indonesian Author: USD 200

  2. Template Non-Compliance Fee
    Manuscripts not prepared using the official journal template will be subject to an additional fee of:

    • IDR 500,000 (Indonesian Authors)

    • USD 35 (Non-Indonesian Authors)

 

 Information for Readers

We encourage readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for this journal. Use the Register link at the top of the home page for the journal. This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal. This list also allows the journal to claim a certain level of support or readership. See the journal's Privacy Statement, which assures readers that their name and email address will not be used for other purposes.
